FBB is produced with bleached coated fibres on the top layer with the reverse layer being white (GC1), cream (GC2). FBB is used in direct contact food packaging, pharmaceutical packaging and cosmetic packaging. PG paper would recommend choosing FBB for your packaging needs if you require a cost effective but slightly higher quality board. Folding Box Board (FBB) is a virgin-fiber paperboard that consists of three layers, two layers of chemically bleached pulp and a middle layer of mechanical corrugated pulp sandwiched in between. They are ideal for packaging cigarettes, food, cosmetics, etc. Available in 180-400 GSM. They are superior in strength to recycled paper boards.

Product boxes made from recyclable card are a very popular option for retail style boxes. We can start from as low as 250gsm paperboard to 500gsm paperboard and more on request. Making the boxes bespoke allows us to print anywhere on the boxes including the inside if required.

Folding Metal Frame with Metal Wire Mesh 2. 2 x Hydraulic Gas Pistons 3. 1 x Set of Hinges/Brackets to fit on the bed sides 4. 1 x Safety Lock to stop the frame from closing down accidentally 5. Nuts/Bolts Fixing for the Frame 6. 1 x Middle Support Metal Bar The product comes in 2 boxes; large box contains the folded metal frame with support bar and a small box contains the hinges, pistons and nut/bolts.
