Our range of Flange Protection & Pipe Protection products includes a number of standard and unique solutions for the covering/protection of the pipe or flange. Some of our solutions include full face protectors as well as stick on discs which can be placed where-ever deemed fit to prevent damage and to protect the application. These types of products are regularly employed where the flange/pipe is in transit, preventing costly damage to it whilst it is being transported or stored. Flange & Pipe Protection is essential during transport or storage, purely due to the high cost of such items. Being a low cost option, these work out fractions of the price to potentially repairing or replacing solutions if damaged.

Bottoms and plugs are pipeline parts designed to close end openings in pipelines and in the manufacture of containers. Plugs are classified into elliptical; flanged Plugs are produced mainly by stamping.

GRP FRP Flanges form a rim that protrudes from the end of a pipe. They have several holes that allow two pipe flanges to be bolted together, with a connection formed between the two pipes. A gasket may be fitted between two flanges to improve the seal. Flanges available: DN 25 – DN 2500 in GRV and GRE Cylindrical or Conical Inner configuration Pressure ratings 3, 6, 10, 16, 20, 25 and 32 bar Stub Flanges by Resin Transfer Moulding offer an excellent competitive solution with very high and constant quality. The dimensions comply with the specified standards for each particular diameter and pressure class. Various internal diameters are available to match all types of pipe. Diameters are available from DN 25 mm to DN 2500 mm. Pressure ratings from 3 up to 40 bar. SMC Stub Flanges Standard resin is Vinylester Derakane 411 or equivalent. RTM Stub Flanges Epoxy resin, Derakane 470 or other resin on request.

Special Swivel Ring Sets and API 10,000and 20,000 Rated Flanges also manufactured to existing standards or client requirements.

They also come with a equalisation mechanism for variable thickness. The FGT is a two jaw finger chuck to allow for irregualar compounets that need speical holding.

Product Features: • Designed to house P.C. boards or for equipment interfacing. • Integrated slotted flanges allow for easy wall mounting. • Flange provides a completely flat bottom surface and transitions seamlessly into the extrusion body for a finished look. • Sized for 50mm wide PC boards. • P.C. boards mount into extrusions by sliding into internal slots extruded into the enclosure body. • Rugged body constructed from extruded aluminium with a minimum thickness of 0.06" (1.5mm).

Product Features: • Designed to house P.C. boards or equipment - for easy enclosure mounting to aluminium channel. • Two versions to choose from (open bezel with metal endplates OR solid ABS plastic bezel). • Sizes for P.C. boards with 92mm (min.) to 98mm (max.) width. Enclosures will not accept and were not designed for 100mm wide Eurocard. • P.C. boards mount horizontally by sliding into internal slots extruded into the enclosure body. • Rugged one piece body - constructed from extruded aluminium with a minimum thickness of .09" (2.29mm). • Extruded body and aluminium endplates (on metal endplate version) are clear anodised. • Open bezel - metal endplate version includes eight (8) clear zinc plated assembly screws. Note: Recommended screw torque is 5 lbf/in. Solid bezel version includes eight (8) black assembly screws. Note: Recommended screw torque is 5 lbf/in.

Schaffer Diaphragm gauges are designed for use on slurries, viscous or corrosive fluids that would normally attack or block standard bourdon tube gauges. 316 Stainless Steel full safety pattern case. Implementing specialist materials for both the connection and diaphragm enable the Shaffer Diaphragm gauge to be configured for use on any gaseous or liquid media including suspended solids or powders. The direct drive from the diaphragm to the movement ensures a more positive indication of pressure than other models of tube gauges. Offering a full range of screwed connection sizes and materials, Schaffer Diaphragm gauges can operate at pressure ranges as low as 30 mBar with the option to permit units to withstand a maximum pressure of 70 bar.
