Our broad range of MDF CNC routing and machining capabilities also includes the design and manufacture of bespoke, grooved MDF, panels. Available in a choice of panel thicknesses, groove widths, and depths, and pitch distance between grooves to suit your exact design requirements. Made from moisture resistant MDF these panels are ideal for painting in the paint, and colour, of your choice and are perfect for decorative feature walls, bar fronts, kitchen island panels and much more. Supplied in their machined finish the grooves will require sanding prior to painting however, we can, supply the panels pre-sanded and/or pre-primed. The enclosure does not provide shielding when water-tight gaskets are installed. • M3.5 x 0.6 x 12mm long stainless steel, Philips head, machine screws secure lid into factory tapped holes. • Designed to meet IP54 without a gasket or IP66 with a gasket. IP67 upgraded gaskets are available. • All sizes except 1550Z101** carry an impact rating of IK08 per IEC62262.
