STERALine PBT Filter housings are part of our hygienic filter housing range for food, beverage, pharmaceutical, API, fine chemicals and semiconductor industry. All hygienic housings are manufactured under strict quality control in facilities that only use Stainless Steel to avoid cross contamination of materials. STERALine PBT filter housings come with optional 0.8Ra internal finish and triclamp connections. A range of optional accessories, connections and finishes available on request. STERALine GT Gas cartridge filter housings are the newest addition to our range of sanitary range. Designed and manufactured specially for gas filtration in beverage, pharmaceutical and hygienic applications, STERALine GT Series filter housings feature robust 316L Stainless Steel construction, hygienic surface finish and a free draining design which is easy to clean. STERALine Vent cartridge filter housings have been specially designed for hygienic tank vent applications.

acuraPromelt is an absolute rated depth filter cartridge for high efficiency particulate removal from liquids. This cartridge offers exceptional performance, long service life and low pressure drop. Manufactured from 100% Polypropylene, acuraPromelt is completely free from glue and binders. acuraPure Nylon Filter cartridge for applications where PP is not suitable. acuraPEpro filter cartridges are manufactured from 100% Polyester and exhibit high temperature (up to 120°C) and chemical resistance. These cartridges provide outstanding performance in sidestream LTHW & MTHW circuits by removing scale, rust and sediment from hot water. All acuraPEpro filter cartridge come with an internal support core for additional strength in high temperature applications. FINEPleat GFP filter cartridges feature absolute rated glass fibre media with polyester support and drainage layers. Polyester construction provides thermal resistance up to 120°C and chemical resistance in fuel and chemical application

Stainless Steel (St. St.) filters retain their strength as liquid temperatures increase which makes them suitable for elevated temperature liquid filtration, where polymetric (polypropylene, nylon, polyester or glass fibre) cartridges are not viable. Staineless Steel filter cartridges have: - A broad range of chemical compatibility - Mechanically strong which makes them ideal for high viscosity applications - Are cleanable either by ultrasonics or chemical cleaning - Reusable through many elevated temperature cycles Stainless Steel filters also play a key role in the filtration of steam due to their thermal strength protecting process equipment and pipework from damage by contaminants entrained in the steam.

Membrane cartridge filters ensure the complete removal of microorganisms in sterile liquid applications, or spoilage organism removal to ensure shelf life in food & beverage applications. Known as final, sterile or POU filters, membranes are usually the last filter used in a manufacturing process prior to packaging. All membrane cartridges are constructed from material meeting USFDA Title 21 and USP Class VI. The filter also meets the current USP requirements for extractables. All are steam sterilizable and integrity testable.

Widely used and favoured for drinking water treatment and beverage production where chloramines are not present; the SCB is formulated from low ash content, microporous coconut carbon that targets VOCs and THMs. Acid wash during the production process and low fine content give excellent rinse-up times as well as regulating pH and taste. The CleanPore Carbon also gives improved flowrate and lower pressure drop than the PCB, reducing the size of the housing required, making it a firm favourite for drinking water, pre-RO and applications where end product consumption is a consideration. PVH range of single and multi-cartridge industrial housings is suitable for industrial liquid applications. The standard high flow filter housing can be configured to accept between 1 to 7 high flow cartridges and caters for flows more than 200 m3/hr up to 1,400 m3/hr. Pressure rated to 10bar, the housing is leg mounted. A single high flow housing replaces a multi-round holding 8 to 10 cartridges. The housings are available in vertical or horizontal orientation to make installation of high flow cartridges as easy as possible. Housings are supplied 40” and 60” lengths to maximise cartridge surface area available.

Acting as a prefilter, pleated depth cartridge filters perform an important role by protecting follow-on membrane technologies - microfiltration, ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, and reverse osmosis - so their efficacy and service life can be maximised. Avialable in polypropylene or glass fibre, in standard and highflow formats, micron ratings from 0.5 to 100 micron plus and a range of different endcaps allows all existing applications to be retrofitted.

Introducing integratedAIR Filtration’s BlueClean® VCP range of self-cleaning pulse jet cartridge filter units. A versatile range of high efficiency filter units incorporating conical filter elements providing highly effective filter cleaning even when dust loadings are high. Our VCP Square unit can be supplied as an insertable, flanged open base or complete free standing filter unit with each design being able to be supplied with or without inlet mounted fan sets. The VCP Square, a range of high quality pulse jet filter units designed for use within processing and dust control applications and part of the Industrial Air Filtration range, dust control filter units built without compromise.

Our BlueClean® HC PRO range of horizontally mounted cartridges are designed with maintenance and ease of use in mind. With multiple configurations available, this versatile range is suitable for a wide range of process requirements. True downflow cleaning technology with the dust laden air entering the unit at high level flowing downwards through the filter unit chamber using gravity and downwards air flow to aid dust release We install a single filter cartridge in each aperture reducing the number of filter seals present within the filter unit substantially reducing the risk of filter seal failure and dust by pass. With using a single filter element this provides a more active filter cleaning area improving the filter cleaning action.
