We have an extensive UKAS scope, giving manufacturers assurance of reliability, accuracy and reliability. The report is in a checklist format, so that you can easily see whether any work is needed (which we can quote for) and understand exactly what has been inspected and why. If you’re planning to sell your property or being renting it out, you should get an approved electrician to perform a full EICR. We also offer electrical testing services for landlords, which should be carried out at the end of every tenancy and then every five years from there on in. As NICEIC approved contractors, we’re authorised to issue EICR reports for homeowners, landlords and businesses.
