Produced, in-house, from a high quality 12mm moisture resistant MDF, our 30mm V Grooved MDF panel is just one example of our bespoke V-grooved MDF panel machining capabilities. Available “off the shelf” (made to order, un-primed, with a short, 5-7 working day, lead time), this design offers a unique, modern design that can be readily ordered in its natural, un-painted, un-sanded state in full sheets with either portrait (tall and thin with the grooves running top to bottom) or landscape, short & wide, with grooves running top to bottom. Naturally, either option can be rotated to accommodate horizontal grooved design applications. If you would like your panels cut to size, pre-primed (an online option) or prefinished in a particular spray finished colour, our in-house capabilities allows us to accommodate your request. Simply send us an email with your choice of colour, and/or size requirements, and we will get back to you with a quotation.

To compliment our our range of MDF wall panelling products we have created a range of Tongue and Groove Panelling in two different thicknesses, three different pitches (the distance between the grooves), 75mm, 100mm. 150mm and a “random” pitch option. Tongue and Groove Panelling The random pitch T&G wall panelling option has a selection of pitches ranging from 75mm to 200mm and provides a less uniform, slightly more modern, twist to the standard options. We can also provide custom pitches upon request. Our Tongue and Groove wall panelling is supplied “cut to size” and ready to fit. To place your order, type in your preferred centres (the distance between grooves), enter the height you would like your panelling, followed by the width of your wall, and then add to cart”. Our broad range of MDF CNC routing and machining capabilities also includes the design and manufacture of bespoke, grooved MDF, panels. Available in a choice of panel thicknesses, groove widths, and depths, and pitch distance between grooves to suit your exact design requirements. Made from moisture resistant MDF these panels are ideal for painting in the paint, and colour, of your choice and are perfect for decorative feature walls, bar fronts, kitchen island panels and much more. Supplied in their machined finish the grooves will require sanding prior to painting however, we can, supply the panels pre-sanded and/or pre-primed. Our in-house, bespoke CNC routing capabilities also allows us to provide a customisable, truly bespoke V-groove panel service online. This service allow you to choose the depth and pitch of the groove and even the thickness of the board. Add in the options of a cut to size service and spray finishing (upon request) in a wide range of colours and, we believe. you will have the most beautiful, and unique, V-grooved panels in the UK.

Our V Grooved MDF panel range is the ideal solution for people looking for an Extra Deep Tongue & Grooved Panelling. The extra deep grooves are particularly effective when used in conjunction with a wider pitched design such as our 150mm or 200mm wide panels. These wider deeper grooved panels are particularly suited to creating “New England” style wall panelling and interiors.

Each of our of T&G Cladding panels is CNC routed, in-house, using high quality Moisture resistant MDF. This makes it easier to paint and resistant to moisture (not water). Medium Density Fibreboard (MDF) is an extremely versatile material which is created by bonding fine hardwood and softwood fibres with resin and compressing them under heat to the panels. Hardwearing, inexpensive and free from defects found in natural timbers such as splits or knot holes, MDF is a popular choice of material for cabinet-making, retail displays, exhibition stands, display plinths, theatrical scenery and decorative furnishings such as doors and radiator covers. MDF lends itself perfectly to CNC machining, and CNC Creations can expertly cut and create shaped, routed and grooved MDF panels up to a maximum size of 3660mm x 1525mm (12ft x 5ft). MDF can be laminated, painted, varnished or left in its raw state and accepts a wide range of fixings. This means that whatever the size and nature of your project, we can perfectly CNC MDF panels and finish to your exact project specifications and guarantee a prompt turnaround and the most competitive price.

Our moisture resistant Tongue & Groove and moisture resistant, pre primed, “Bead and Butt” effect MDF wall panels are perfect for decorative bathroom wall panelling. These panels are not suitable for shower enclosures however, if painted in a suitable paint (not emulsion) they are perfect for use in bathrooms, kitchens, utilities and other rooms around the home. Our T&G effect wall paneling is supplied in an un-primed MR MDF and is available, in three pitches. 100mm, 150mm and variable. The latter having random 75mm. 100mm and 150mm centres between the grooves. Perfect for bathroom wall panelling.

Flexible MDF, or bendy MDF, as it is also known, is an MDF panel that is grooved on the rear which allows it to bend, with minimal distortion, around existing curved surfaces or curved formers. Commercially, it is popular with architects and exhibition stand designers to create curved walls, bespoke reception desks, counter fronts and retail display furniture. Domestically, it can be used for curved home bar units, curved kitchen islands, custom built TV/HiFi furniture, and other features and furniture elements around the home. Flexible MDF comes in to two thicknesses, 6mm and 9mm. Two sheets can be glued together to provide extra rigidity and increase impact resistance. Our Bullnosed wall panel dado rail has been created specifically to fit our T&G & Bead & Butt panelling however, it looks also looks great with our MDF Shaker Style Wall Panelling. The Dado is available with, or without, a pre grooved (rebated) on the rear so that it will sit on top of 6mm, 9mm or 12mm MDF Wall panelling kits and our low cost, DIY wall panelling packs. If you are looking for a Tongue and Groove MDF wall panelling dado rail, or a dado rail to fit our Tongue and Groove Cladding, then please select either the 6mm or 9mm rebated version to suit your choice of panel thickness. Unlike our other dado rail options, our Bullnosed nosed dado profile can also be used on wider strips of MDF to create a shelving for wall panelling projects such as finishing boxed in plumbing for bathrooms and feature shelves above panelling in bedrooms etc.

Our rebated wall panelling dado Rail has been created specifically to fit our MDF Shaker Style Wall Panelling. It comes pre grooved (rebated) on the rear so that it will sit on top of 6mm, 9mm or 12mm MDF Wall panelling kits and low cost, DIY wall panelling packs. If you are looking for a Tongue and Groove MDF wall panelling dado rail then please select 6mm or 9mm. For Bead and Butt MDF panels, please select the 9mm version. The Dado Rail is an exact reproduction moulding made to match one that was used in a Victorian house in Northamptonshire and is supplied in Moisture resistant MDF. Our Dado is easily painted however, it will require sanding prior to the usual two coats of primer/undercoat and two coats of top coat. If you intend to paint your wall paneling with emulsion, to match your walls, the MDF dado rail, and wall panelling, can be painted with the same paint without the need for primer/undercoat.

Our BB/BB grade 18mm plinth panels are a standard size, 145mm high, and will fit most standard kitchen base units. Supplied with a removable plastic plinth sealing strip to protect against moisture ingress from spillages, overly wet floor mopping and the subsequent swelling and degradation, overtime, these conditions may induce. As with each of our standard plywood kitchen cabinets, and accessories, we offer an optional, hard wearing, water based Polyurethane Varnish (oil based PU upon request) to enhance and protect your Plywood kitchen plinths against discoloration, dirt and moisture. Our in-house CNC capabilities allow us to cut bespoke plinth panels with ventilation grooves for fridges and freezers or angled cut-outs for dishwashers.
