Our Oak Veneer Faced Black Dyed MDF comprises of a real Oak, Crown Cut. veneer that is factory bonded to both sides of a 10mm black dyed MDF core. The overall thickness of 11mm the panels is 11mm. This makes them perfect for a wide range of domestic and commercial projects. This includes, but is not limited to, decorative wall panelling and wall cladding. Available cut to size, we can offer strips of black dyed MDF with an Oak veneer face, in any width and up to 2440mm long. This is perfect for creating low cost Oak faced Slat Wall feature walls in any room. Alternatively, and conveniently, we also offer easy to mount, pre-machined Oak faced black MDF slat wall panels These are available in our standard easy to ship size, or full sheets upon request. Not only can we supply your panels cut to size, we can also lacquer your Oak Faced Black MDF panels so you don’t have to. Our in-house spraying capability means we can finish your panels before they leave here and arrive with you.

Our White Marble Melamine Board Cut to Size is perfect for a range of interior projects. It features a realistic white Marble effect melamine to both sides of an MDF core. This makes it perfect for DIY and commercial projects such as… Marble Effect Shelving. Marble Melamine Desk Tops. Marble effect Table Tops Cut to Size. White Marble Kitchen Cabinets. Kitchen Doors. Wardrobe Doors. We can also supply Marbled Melamine panels, cut to size, and edged, with a matching ABS edging. This service is available as an option via our online cut to size ordering service. Full size 2440mm x 1220mm White Marble Melamine sheets are available to order, and delivered, via the order options above.

Our broad range of MDF CNC routing and machining capabilities also includes the design and manufacture of bespoke, grooved MDF, panels. Available in a choice of panel thicknesses, groove widths, and depths, and pitch distance between grooves to suit your exact design requirements. Made from moisture resistant MDF these panels are ideal for painting in the paint, and colour, of your choice and are perfect for decorative feature walls, bar fronts, kitchen island panels and much more. Supplied in their machined finish the grooves will require sanding prior to painting however, we can, supply the panels pre-sanded and/or pre-primed. Our moisture resistant Tongue & Groove and moisture resistant, pre primed, “Bead and Butt” effect MDF wall panels are perfect for decorative bathroom wall panelling. These panels are not suitable for shower enclosures however, if painted in a suitable paint (not emulsion) they are perfect for use in bathrooms, kitchens, utilities and other rooms around the home. Our T&G effect wall paneling is supplied in an un-primed MR MDF and is available, in three pitches. 100mm, 150mm and variable. The latter having random 75mm. 100mm and 150mm centres between the grooves. Perfect for bathroom wall panelling.

Our Bespoke Fluted MDF panels are available in a variety of thicknesses. The flute depth, width and pitch can be tailored to suit your design preference or adjusted to accommodate your panel width, avoiding awkwardly positioned cuts. We can even machine your panels so that they meet perfectly on internal, or external corners. We only use the best quality moisture resistant MDF, this helps to ensure the best possible finish when painted. Supplied, as standard, raw and un-sanded, we can supply the panels pre-sanded or pre-sanded and pre-primed ready for you to paint. Our in-house spraying service also pre-finish the panels in any colour you desire, if required. To compliment our our range of MDF wall panelling products we have created a range of Tongue and Groove Panelling in two different thicknesses, three different pitches (the distance between the grooves), 75mm, 100mm. 150mm and a “random” pitch option. Tongue and Groove Panelling The random pitch T&G wall panelling option has a selection of pitches ranging from 75mm to 200mm and provides a less uniform, slightly more modern, twist to the standard options. We can also provide custom pitches upon request. Our Tongue and Groove wall panelling is supplied “cut to size” and ready to fit. To place your order, type in your preferred centres (the distance between grooves), enter the height you would like your panelling, followed by the width of your wall, and then add to cart”. If you have multiple walls you to clad, please enter the details for each wall, working from left to right, and add to your cart separately.
