Product – Finsa Fibracolour Negro The dimensioned drawing shows the profile of the panel when machined with a brand-new cutter. The effect of sharpening on the cutters softens the profile slightly. This is only noticeable when comparing one panel against another that were purchased separately at different times.

Produced, in-house, from a high quality 12mm moisture resistant MDF, our 30mm V Grooved MDF panel is just one example of our bespoke V-grooved MDF panel machining capabilities. Available “off the shelf” (made to order, un-primed, with a short, 5-7 working day, lead time), this design offers a unique, modern design that can be readily ordered in its natural, un-painted, un-sanded state in full sheets with either portrait (tall and thin with the grooves running top to bottom) or landscape, short & wide, with grooves running top to bottom. Naturally, either option can be rotated to accommodate horizontal grooved design applications. If you would like your panels cut to size, pre-primed (an online option) or prefinished in a particular spray finished colour, our in-house capabilities allows us to accommodate your request. The most popular or our MDF decorative wall panels is, without doubt, our range of Fluted MDF panels. Available in three “standard” variations, Large, Standard and Mini, each of which is available in primed, and un-primed options as well as a range of sheets sizes and orientations. If you require a “cut to size” service for your particular project, we can also, due to the way our panels are machined, adjust the pitch of our standard and mini fluted MDF panels to suit the width of our panels so they fit your space perfectly. This will allow you to accommodate fixed panel widths on projects such as decorative kitchen island panelling, or decorative feature walls, without awkward partial flutes or unsightly, irregular finishing on end or corner details. Our fluted MDF panels have been used for feature walls in restaurant, hotel and bar interiors, entrance features for high end apartment developments and many other commercial and domestic applications.

Our Bespoke Fluted MDF panels are available in a variety of thicknesses. The flute depth, width and pitch can be tailored to suit your design preference or adjusted to accommodate your panel width, avoiding awkwardly positioned cuts. We can even machine your panels so that they meet perfectly on internal, or external corners. We only use the best quality moisture resistant MDF, this helps to ensure the best possible finish when painted. Supplied, as standard, raw and un-sanded, we can supply the panels pre-sanded or pre-sanded and pre-primed ready for you to paint. Our in-house spraying service also pre-finish the panels in any colour you desire, if required. If you are planning on using an MDF for outdoor use it absolutely has to be MEDITE Tricoya Extreme MDF. MEDITE Tricoya MDF is guaranteed for above ground use for 50 years and below ground use for 25 years. In addition, and conveniently, Tricoya panels share the same machining, cutting and painting characteristics as regular MDF. Its unique qualities make it ideal for outdoor DIY projects such as children’s wooden playhouses, bespoke fence panels, wooden planters and other projects in and around the garden. Once cut to size, Tricoya sheets can easily be fixed together using waterproof, outdoor grade, wood adhesive and corrosion resistant screws. Painting Tricoya MDF, with the correct choice of paint (we would recommend the Dulux quick dry Weathershield, or their ultimate Opaque) will provide a longer, more durable finish.
