CemCloak Soffit Strip is a high performing multipurpose building board that’s sole design purpose is to provide external weather protection to a range of applications. CemCloak Soffit strips and Undercloak strips offer high levels of weather, moisture and fire resistance along with dimensional stability creating a superior board used to cover roof edges, reveals and other facade elements. It’s resistant to water, is a non combustible, UV stable and fully weatherproof even at freezing temperatures. This board has a smooth finish and can easily be painted creating an attractive, consistent look with longevity.

Drybloc 28WF is an acoustic overlay treatment board with a T&G profile. Made from reinforced cement fibre board of flat surface, reinforced by natural minerals on both sides. These dry-fit screed replacement panels at only 28mm thick offer minimal floor height and save on drying times compared to traditional screeds. Drybloc 28WF high density provides excellent airborne sound performance through many types of separating floors, along with impact sound reduction due to its acoustic resilient layer (WF) wood fibre. It’s top layer, is a high performing multipurpose building board that’s designed purposely to provide fireproof, acoustic and waterproof protection, with very high dimensional stability which makes it a high performance alternative to Gypsum and Cement Particle for any construction type.

Cembloc CemPlate is a high performing multipurpose building board that’s multi-purpose capacities cover four major areas; weather protection, sound reduction (54db), render application and fire protection. With its most prominent feature acting as a sheathing board to provide external weather protection to timber frame, modular and steel frame (SFS) constructions prior to the install of a finished external facade system. CemPlate offers exceptional dimensional stability creating a superior all round carrier panel system board. It’s resistant to water, an A1 non combustible in accordance with EN:13501-1:2019, is UV stable and fully weatherproof even at freezing temperatures.
