Our Bespoke Fluted MDF panels are available in a variety of thicknesses. The flute depth, width and pitch can be tailored to suit your design preference or adjusted to accommodate your panel width, avoiding awkwardly positioned cuts. We can even machine your panels so that they meet perfectly on internal, or external corners. We only use the best quality moisture resistant MDF, this helps to ensure the best possible finish when painted. Supplied, as standard, raw and un-sanded, we can supply the panels pre-sanded or pre-sanded and pre-primed ready for you to paint. Our in-house spraying service also pre-finish the panels in any colour you desire, if required. Pine Furniture Board is a non-structural, factory made, panel product which is constructed from narrow strips of Scandinavian Pine timber. The strips are planed along their edges and then edge glued together to form wider boards. Not all MDF panel products are made equal, in fact there many varieties of MDF, each having its own specific purpose. Our White Moisture Resistant MDF board is specifically designed for use as a pre-finished board that can be used in areas that are prone to moisture or occasional wetting. This product features all the qualities of standard White Melamine faced board, easy to work with, easy to machine, clean cutting (when cut correctly) and the ability to take an edging. The obvious advantage is that it can be used in environments such as kitchens and bathrooms without the risk of swelling caused by the ingress of moisture. Our Moisture Resistant White Melamine Faced board is commonly used in the manufacture of permanent and mobile bars as well as “breakout areas” and office kitchen areas. Our 18mm Ivory Melamine faced board is available from stock and is comes with the option of a pre-applied, colour matched, 2mm ABS edging. When ordering edging please enter your overall dimensions, we will allow for the the thickness of the edging. You can select how many edges you would like edged using our drop down menu. If you would like a contrasting coloured edging, or a real wood edging such Oak or Birch Plywood. To do this, simply enter your requirement in the order notes section on our checkout page. Our Bullnosed wall panel dado rail has been created specifically to fit our T&G & Bead & Butt panelling however, it looks also looks great with our MDF Shaker Style Wall Panelling. The Dado is available with, or without, a pre grooved (rebated) on the rear so that it will sit on top of 6mm, 9mm or 12mm MDF Wall panelling kits and our low cost, DIY wall panelling packs. If you are looking for a Tongue and Groove MDF wall panelling dado rail, or a dado rail to fit our Tongue and Groove Cladding, then please select either the 6mm or 9mm rebated version to suit your choice of panel thickness. If you are looking for a Small Ribbed, Decorative MDF Panel for your next interior design project, our Mini Ribbed Panelling is the perfect solution. As standard, the panels are available in two thicknesses, two sheet sizes and in two orientations. However, and as the panels are produced in-house, we can provide a range of variations. Our standard panels are 12 or 15mm thick. Upon request, we can provide 22mm, 25mm or 30mm thick panels. 22mm and 25mm being ideal for ribbed effect wardrobe or kitchen doors. Sheet sizes are available in 2400 or 3000mm high x 1200mm wide (portrait, tall & thin) or 1200 high x 2400 or 3000mm wide (landscape, short and wide), each with vertical ribs.
