Used for wind turbine components and abnormal loads, these heavy transport test drives provide a detailed route analysis to show areas where route modifications are required to enable the passage of the proposed vehicle and load. The loaded vehicles simulate the correct dimensions of the abnormal loads, as would be required for the actual movement and any projections either in length, width or height are assembled to the trailer. All projections are designed to allow for easy modifications and reduction in size if required whilst on the public roads, this allows for quicker and smoother manoeuvrability reducing the impact on other road users.

The Baby-LIN-MB-II Multi-Bus Gateway is capable of simulating LIN Bus traffic derived from Ethernet or RS-232C data interfaces. The device is also expandable to extend its interfacing options.
