Our “standard” pitch (the distance from the bottom of one groove to the next) options include 75mm, 100mm, 150mm, and even a variable, random pitch option. If that does not suit your particular project, we can also provide bespoke, custom width, Tongue and Groove Cladding to suit your exact needs. Each of our of T&G Cladding panels is CNC routed, in-house, using high quality Moisture resistant MDF. This makes it easier to paint and resistant to moisture (not water). This makes it the perfect choice for wall cladding projects in kitchens, bathrooms, boot rooms and utility rooms. Our Oak Veneer Faced Black Dyed MDF comprises of a real Oak, Crown Cut. veneer that is factory bonded to both sides of a 10mm black dyed MDF core. The overall thickness of 11mm the panels is 11mm. This makes them perfect for a wide range of domestic and commercial projects. This includes, but is not limited to, decorative wall panelling and wall cladding. Available cut to size, we can offer strips of black dyed MDF with an Oak veneer face, in any width and up to 2440mm long. This is perfect for creating low cost Oak faced Slat Wall feature walls in any room. Alternatively, and conveniently, we also offer easy to mount, pre-machined Oak faced black MDF slat wall panels These are available in our standard easy to ship size, or full sheets upon request. Not only can we supply your panels cut to size, we can also lacquer your Oak Faced Black MDF panels so you don’t have to. Our in-house spraying capability means we can finish your panels before they leave here and arrive with you.

ImpactPUR® is a two-component polyurethane adhesive which is used extensively in the hygienic cladding industry for bonding wall panels in showers & bathrooms, kitchens, clean rooms, hospitals, schools, etc. The formulation has been designed to give ease of mixing for notched trowel applications. This filled adhesive has been formulated for the bonding of uPVC and GRP sheets to most building substrates, including brickwork, plaster, concrete, blockwork, etc. Features Part A - Polyurethane Paste, 3850 pois (approx.) Part B - Low Viscosity Liquid (foil sachet in bucket) Non flammable Service temperature between -40°C and +130°C Application temperature between +10°C and +30°C Open time 10 minutes at 20°C Resistant to water, dilute acids and alkalis and aliphatic oils. Easy to mix and apply For hygienic wall cladding with PVC sheeting use 1 x 6.5Kg kit for every 2500mm sheet or 3m2 area (8ft sheet).
