We offer complete drive units as well as the motor control unit on its own. The FRIWO motor control unit is installed directly onto the motor. They work together to form one perfectly aligned system.

The motor control unit for 48V drives was specially developed for use in light electric vehicles. With a continuous output of 6kW and a peak power of up to 12kW, the Emerge 6000 accelerates confidently through everyday life. Thanks to the automatic teach-in function, the controller forms a powerful unit with the motor within a very short time. Our field-oriented control system with highly efficient control algorithms then ensures a unique driving experience.

Brushless Energy Saving Motors reduces noise up to 3dB(A) and increase hood efficiency by 30% even in the presence of a long stretch of ducting. So even the fastest extractor hoods stay quieter across all power levels. The Brushless Motor guarantees considerable energy saving coupled with high extraction efficiency. They consume 85% less than conventional electric motors at low-medium speeds (in kW/h), and 35% less at high speeds. They are also the most silent-running motors on the market today and guarantee stable performance under all operating conditions. The motor also makes the extraction more precise in speed and are more durable than a traditional brush motor.
