Rapid Energy provides temporary boiler equipment for the industrial and commercial and public sectors. We consult and partner with M&E contractors, Facility Managers and Project Managers to mitigate downtime of heating and hot water on the buildings involved on their projects. Our temporary boiler range includes packaged boilers housed in 10ft and 20ft secure, weather proof containers. The range starting from 150kW right up to 2000kW packaged plant rooms. Within our boiler fleet, we also have mobile electric boilers, perfect for the construction sector, providing temporary heat for force drying screed as well as many other useful applications. We provide a rapid response service for businesses that require equipment in an emergency. We can be onsite within a matter of hours to install and commission our equipment. The Plug n Glow is a small stainless steel flow boiler with many applications. It has 22mm connections for ease of installation, a 13 amp plug fitted and can be programmed up to 20 times a day seven days a week. It can be used in a sealed system up to 3 bar pressure or in vented applications. Temperature is adjusted from 30 to 80 degrees by a calibrated dial on the front of the case or it can be controlled by an off board thermostat. The Merlin GDPX+ is a 16 zone gas pressure proving & detection panel which can be used in many applications, e.g. mechanical rooms, car parks, shopping centers and the most common being a boiler house application. Utilizing a solenoid valve and a pressure transducer the Merlin GDPX+ will check for a pressure drop or leak in the downstream line before allowing the gas to be supplied. Once gas has been supplied the unit will constantly check the incoming gas supply pressure to ensure that a naked flame cannot be extinguished by a weak draft.
