We can supply you with a custom made Diamond turned aspheric lenses for use within Thermal Imaging Cameras. Thermal Imaging Cameras work similarly to traditional visible camera systems; while traditional cameras form images using visible light; thermal cameras form images using infrared radiation; operating in wavelengths as long as 14µm. Spherical aberration occurs in common singlet lenses, which results in an image that appears distorted, aspheric lenses correct spherical aberration. An aspheric lens surface is designed non-spherical, which allows a single component lens to collimate or focus highly divergent rays, potentially replacing a multi-lens system. This in turn provides the camera system with a better image quality. Winged clips and lapover clips are available from stock in AISI 304/1.4301 and AISI 316/1.4401 in the sizes below, Also available subject to size of order and availability: Aluminium clips, Alu/Zinc clips, toggle clips and expansion joints.

Our stainless steel banding and boxed banding is available in the following sizes in AISI 304/1.4301 and AISI 316/1.4401 with bright smooth finish BA or matt smooth finish 2B finish are available from stock. Other widths and thicknesses up to 50mm (2") are available upon request. Aluminium and Alu/Zinc banding are also available subject to size of order and availability. Certificates of conformity, showing the exact chemical composition of the material are supplied with each delivery. Coils are supplied banded on pallets and shrink wrapped. Maximum pallet weight 1500kg. Our standard boxed banding sizes are available in grades 304 & 316. Banding can be supplied with sheared, handsafe or round edge.

Also provides for improved EMI/RFI shielding. • Enclosure is vibra finished for a smooth surface with no sharp edges. • Designed to meet IP54. • Low side wall draft angle (2 degrees or less) for easy P.C. board mounting. • Four (or six in the1590K432) M3.5 x 0.6 x 12mm long stainless steel, Philips head, machine screws secure lid - into factory tapped holes.
