E Glass Cloth treated with aqueous vermiculite dispersion which provides a coating of platelets, which at high temperature melt to form further protection. The treatment increases abrasion resistance and also significantly increases its temperature resistance up to 1000°C (short term) in optimum conditions. Today, we’re trusted by many blue chip companies in the oil, gas and shipping industries to supply them with high quality electrical safety matting. Over the years we’ve successfully exported electrical rubber switchboard matting to over 20 countries worldwide. All of our rubber insulating mats are then rigorously independently tested to comply with all the following specifications: European IEC61111, BS921, VDEO303 & American ASTM D178. As there is no time definition as to when the electrical safety matting should be replaced unless an electrical shock has occurred then it should be replaced immediately. The flutes are also a useful indicator of when the rubber matting should be replaced – just keep an eye out for any signs of wear over time. We also supply electrical safety matting with a smooth finish. Again, once this starts showing signs of wear just give us a call to arrange a replacement.

DELO-DUALBOND adhesives are one part solvent-free adhesives suitable for bonding, sealing and potting applications. They have good resistance to thermal shock, and some products are optically clear for large-area bonding, especially suitable for display assembly. They use a combination of light (UV or VIS) and either heat or humidity to achieve full cure. They are used in applications that require a very quick initial handling strength, with full cure being achieved off-line or in a subsequent process where cycle time is not so critical (e.g. in-line reflow ovens). DELO-PHOTOBOND UV cured and light curing adhesive are one-part adhesives that cure at room temperature, with visible light (400-550nm) or UV light (320-400nm). Featuring a UV curable acrylate base, they are stress equalising and highly flexible, with up to 300% elongation at tear. They are ideal for UV glass bonding or sealing applications, as they are fast curing and optically clear once cured (product dependant). Other typical applications include bonding, sealing and coating of plastic and metals. Curing through translucent plastics and deep layers is also possible with DELO-PHOTOBOND, since visible light is not filtered like UVA. Full cure is achieved in seconds.
