DIFHEMI - EXCLUSIVE AND MULTIFACETED Manufactured by Brascoelma and brought to you by the joint-venture, DIFHEMI heaters are high-technology equipment capable of heating any fluid by electromagnetic induction. The device operates on a different principle because in addition to being versatile, and making it possible to heat any type of fluid, it is non-pollutant, it does not generate useless energy losses, and it reduces operational and implementation costs, the heating process’s performance and efficiency being raised to up to 98%. It is the leader and, worldwide, it is the most-efficient product in existence exploiting the conversion of electrical energy to heat. HOW DO THEY WORK?Employing the principle of electromagnetic induction, DIFHEMI heaters generate heat through the magnetism created in the grain-oriented steel nucleus, the heat being transferred to the stainless-steel tubes through which the fluids circulate.

We are the only machine maker in Britain that still design, build and service hot foil machines, all from our state-of-the-art factory. We are also great innovators, designing through making at our workshop in the English countryside.

AMARC has over 50 years’ experience in designing and manufacturing Drum Heating Ovens to international and EU standards. During this time AMARC has developed an extensive range of Drum Heating Ovens with capacities from a 4 Drum/1 IBC Oven to an 80 Drum/20 IBC Oven. We have several heating options starting with electric or gas. Also offered is steam, thermal oil and hot water, all provided with PED certification and compliant with all safety requirements as per the 97/23/EU Directive. Our Drum Heating Ovens can be configured for either indoors or outdoors installation. Ovens are manufactured in painted (two pack) carbon steel on the outside with galvanised steel on the inside, or alternatively 304 stainless steel just on the inside, or stainless steel inside and outside. Being ATEX and ISO accredited the expertise of our professional engineers ensures our Ovens are manufactured to the highest standards, with careful attention to detail, quality and accuracy.

ISPM15 is an international standard for phytosanitary measures which is being progressively implemented throughout the world. Already some 28 countries have adopted the standard; a further 21 are in the progress of doing so and about another hundred countries have signalled their intension to bring the requirement to their national regulations. Countries which have signed up to ispm-15 are entitled to refuse entry at their frontiers to goods on wooden pallets, crates, spools or any other wood packaging unless it has been treated, marked and certified in accordance with their regulations. Associated Pallets Ltd has been providing a heat treatment which meets the demands of ISPM-15 and since the introduction of the plant some four years ago, has become experienced in all needs of the wood packaging producer and user.
