Why is PUR edge banding better? Without doubt, the PUR adhesives inherent, and superior bonding strength (when compared to EVA Glue) is completely unaffected by high temperature and provides a water tight, anti bacterial, bonded edge, that will not delaminate under any conditions. PUR glued, edge banded, panels provide a prolonged life to, otherwise susceptible, panels in extreme and demanding applications such as medical and hospital environments and, in particular, toilet cubicle panelling applications.

Highly effective, silicone-free ceramic sliding lacquer with extreme adhesive strength, good load carrying capacity and a very good separating effect. It forms a water and oxidation stable protective film which offers good lubricating properties.

Fully biodegradable, solid-free, long-term lubricating greases for the lubrication of track side face/wheel flange. The biodegradable ester oil based lubricants reduce significantly noise, minimise wear at wheel and rail contact surfaces and show good temperature behaviour during all seasons. Rotafix Engineering Adhesive is a high strength structural epoxy adhesive, part of the Resiwood product range. The 2-part unfilled epoxy adhesive has a degree of flex which makes it well suited to wood engineering and timber applications. The slow setting nature of Rotafix Engineering Adhesive lends itself to working on site where time is needed to create and move joints prior to finalising the assembly. DELOMONOPOX epoxies are one part, heat cured epoxy resin adhesives for bonding, casting and sealing of joints. The epoxy resin adhesives are high strength materials that can be used as alternatives to riveting, welding and brazing in high stress applications. Epoxies exhibit excellent adhesion to metals, ferrites and ceramics. Special advantages of epoxies include their resistance to temperature, chemicals and low water absorption. They will also protect against corrosion. The epoxy resin is supplied ready to use with no mixing required. Curing occurs in 15-75 minutes @ 130-180 degrees C.
