UĞURMAK UME series Inclined Screens provide separation of crushed material. It can be used in all the stages of a crushing and screening process, where it is necessary to classify the products by size. The main task is to receive the end product. Therefore, the screen determines the actual capacity of the process. UME series inclined screens have a more reliable body structure against the negative effects of vibration movement with its unique body design.

UMHS series Horizontal Screens show the innovative aspect of UĞURMAK. It provides high performance, even in the most demanding applications, and demonstrates its quality and reliability. It shows high efficiency compared to traditional horizontal screens making linear motion. With this design, the timing system eliminates the need for difficult maintenance equipment such as the gear system.

Housing: rugged and light-weight aluminum alloy functioning as platformfor light bars and driver compartment, and lighting control interfaces (e.g.Zhaga sensor ready connector, NEMA receptacle). Mounting bracket: powder-coated aluminum alloy. Lightbars: extrusion aluminum heatsink, aluminium PCB with 18 LEDs mounted, UV resistant polycarbonate 18-in-1 optic lens cluster, micro terminal block on PCB, and connector for toolless wiring. IP67 and IK10 rated. Hardware: 304-grade stainless steel nuts.

Gas-cooled MIG/MAG welding torch with ergonomic grip and ball joint, anti-kink spring on welding torch as well as on connection. Can be connected to all machines with standard Euro torch connector. Type-related standard consumables M6/M8. Available in 4 variants: UM 15 G – DC CO2 180 A at 60% \ DC M21 150 A at 60% UM 24 G – DC CO2 250 A at 60% \ DC M21 220 A at 60% UM 25 G – DC CO2 230 A at 60% \ DC M21 200 A at 60% UM 36 G – DC CO2 300 A at 60% \ DC M21 270 A at 60% Available each with 3 metre, 4 metre and 5 metre hose package.
