Powder coating of metal is a popular technology that allows you to reliably protect the metal from corrosion while giving the product an attractive appearance. Each powder coating starts with pre-treatment. The surface of the metal is cleaned of rust, dirt and grease by chemical or mechanical means. Next, the product is placed in the paint chamber, where charged paint particles are sprayed over the surface with a paint gun. The products covered with a thin layer of powder are transferred to the furnace. Heating causes the paint to polymerize. As a result, a strong polymer film of the desired shade is formed on the surface.

Thanks to the technology developed by our company, cooking bags can be folded to the size of 32*34 mm and 25*50 mm. At the same time, all technical and quality characteristics of the bag remain unchanged. Characteristics: • Material – heat-resistant transparent polymer film, allowed for contact with foodstuffs. • Heat resistance - 180 °C. • Sizes: - 380*250 mm folded to 32*34 mm; - 380*250 mm folded to 25*50 mm; - 380*300 mm folded to 25*50 mm; - 380*310 mm folded to 32*34 mm. • Seal strength - 20N/15mm. • PET clip of our own production is used. Specialists of "Ekoplast" LLC have developed a technology of clip insertion inside of the cooking bag: - The PET clip is inserted automatically during the production process of the bag without contact with the operator’s hands. - As the plastic clip is inserted directly inside the cooking bag, it makes it impossible for the clip to fall out while the bag is being opened. - The clip is good visible from the folded bag’s side.
