Have a high percentage of “lean meat”. Precocity. Adapts well to different climatic conditions. Slaughter yield is 55-60%.

Refractory products of silicon carbide abrasive materials have high thermal conductivity, heat resistance (deformation starting above 1500 C), resistance to acid slags.
