Black Tea, Ginger Root, Fennel Seed, Cinnamon Bark, Coriander seeds, Dried mint leaf. Drink 1 to 3 cups anytime during the day, up to 10 cups per day. Hot Tea – Pour 8 fl. oz. of freshly boiled water in a cup over your teabag. Cover and steep for 58 minutes. Gently squeeze the tea bag to release any remaining extract. Iced Tea – Prepare hot tea with 4 fl. oz. of water. Let it cool and pour into an icefilled glass. The melting ice will dilute the tea to serving strength. These steps directly influence the number of beneficial components that end up in your cup.
