Fanuc Arc welding robot with 2 meters reaching capacity can weld 5 mm -20 mm parts with multi dimensional and efficient methods. Thin design makes the robot ideal for usage in different sectors from automotive to furniture industry. Unlike traditional welding methods, you can achieve the quality from first to last part. In addition to TIG welding, We are also working with other welding methods such as stainless steel welding (MIG/MAG) and spot welding depending on our client's needs and material preferences.

Argon welding is the word “Tungsten Inert Gas” that gives the welding method its name. Welding is also called the initials of this word and is referred to as TIG welding. The heat to perform the welding process is generated between the electrodes made of tungsten metal, which has a very high melting point, and the parts to be welded. The welding zone is protected by argon or helium gas sent from a nozzle surrounding the electrode. The electrodes used in the Tig (argon) welding method allow to join the welded material by melting, without melting themselves. When deemed necessary, additional welding rods are delivered to the welding area by the welder or by automatic wire feeding devices, as in oxy gas welding. Argon gas is generally used as a shield in argon welding. Argon gas is a noble gas, so it does not react and provides strong protection. Rotators are resistant to severe working conditions and are designed to rotate work pieces weighing 5 to 150 tons. The Frame Welding Machine is made of welded parts of different sizes and is designed to obtain the desired special H profiles. The machine body and the welding heads are fixed and the workpiece provide to be welded on both sides of the part to be welded by moving by means of driven conveyors. The hydraulic cylinders in the system provide the positioning of the H profile placing and fixing during welding.The system has adjustable backrests and accessories for the roofing of the conveyor group.The system has a hydraulic piston loading unit. The system might turn beam 90 degree with maximum weight and maximum dimensions by means of chain or mechanical structure.

Made of Steel Forged body. It is produced as a black coating. It has a non-reflective feature for measuring laboratories. It is preferred in heavy work, part clamping and welding fixtures.
