Only 3 working hours will be needed to complete the assembly of steel structure, walls, and roof of a prefabricated studiotype house! The walls and roof are shipped precut. The system is completely bolted and no required any welding or cutting! The structure is in highly galvanized light steel. The interior and exterior precut walls are formed of a highly galvanized steel frame with a double surface of nonflammable class A1 fiber cement board. The walls are insulated with rock wool or polyurethane with a thickness of 80 or 100mm. Highly galvanized steel trusses and purlins form the double or single pan roof.
