Window spacer profiles are used to produce insulating glass. It creates space between the 2 glass panes and holds inside the Molecular sieve which will stop fogging of the insulating glass installed to the Windows of the buildings. Primary and secondary sealants are applied to the glass panes together with spacer profile to complete the combination and have a good sealed insulating glass unit which will withstand differant temperature conditions.

NEDEX warm edge spacers (NANOBAR) have lowest Σλd- and Ψ-values. NANOBAR has maximum number of perforation holes for a better IGU performance. Nedex warm edge spacers can be produced in widths between 8-24 mm. The extruded part of spacer which gives the shape of spacer is produced by UV resistant plastic compounds with three different rigidity factors named by Nanobar, Nanobar-F and Nanobar-R. The colour of plastic part can be white, grey RAL7035, grey RAL7040, grey RAL9023 and black. Their stability and material specifications make their processing in bending lines possible. They can even be installed in IG units, which are under extreme external loads. Metallic and nonmetallic coatings at the backside of warm edge spacers guarantee perfect tightness against water vapour and argon permeation. Aluminium spacers are the first types of spacers manufactured by NEDEX. In order to meet the requirements of various markets, aluminium spacers are produced in many dimensions for insulating glass. Aluminium spacers are made for cut & plug applications, with plastic corner connectors and for machine bending with metallic straight connectors. The thickness of the aluminium materials varies from 0,18 mm for lower thermal conductivity and cost efficiency to 0,35 mm for bendability and strength.There are different sizes of aluminium spacers with a nominal width of 6 mm and 24 mm. The standard lengths of the aluminium spacers are 3 m, 5 m and 6 m. Other lengths are optional on request. Name, date and imprint are available. Insulated glass spacer bars are designed depending on the demands of glass manufacturers. Nedex has capacity of more than 100 million meters of aluminium spacers and 60 million meters of plastic warm edge spacers yearly at the production facility in Eskişehir/Turkey. Produced similarly to the ISO-TECH system, MAXI-TECH is produced by using reinforced aluminum in the same wavy form to form the skeleton of the Panaspacer. It has polymer material used for thermal insulation and foil produced with triple lamination technology. Unlike the ISO-TECH system, it consists of making the aluminum surface stronger by covering it with an extra rubber material. MAXI-TECH has unique properties in terms of insulation and strength.

Single jersey, rib, interlock melange fabrics. Melange (or heather effect) is 2 or 3-tone effect achieved by special dyeing process on knit fabrics. We have over 50 different melange effects on knitted fabrics. Melange is often used to represent the kind of effect on fabric surface. Melange or heather effect is achieved either; – through dyed yarn effect – through dyeing technique Melange or cationic yarns are dyed to exact colour and melange effect intended during yarn texturising or spinning. Polyester DTY and FDY cationic yarns are used for polyester compositions. Polyester spun, viscose spun yarns are also employed for melange effect knit fabrics. No subsequent dyeing is needed for coloured melange yarns after knitting. Melange yarns produced in raw white form are dyed to exact pantone colour after knitting. Melange yarns (or cationic) are inherently given the melange effect intended after dyeing and finishing.

These crystals are characterised by a three-dimensional pore system, with pores of precisely defined diameter. This diameter is in the dimension of the size of molecules such as water, CO2 and H2S. The pores can be adjusted to precisely determined uniform openings allowing for molecules smaller than its pore diameter to be adsorbed whilst excluding larger molecules, hence the name “molecular sieve”. The different pore sizes of synthetic zeolites open up a wide range of possibilities in terms of "sieving" molecules of different size or shape from gases and liquids.
