All steel fitting products up to the diameter 48” in accordance with the standard TS EN 448 and fittings of other pipe types as special production can be manufactured as pre-insulated fittings.

The steel pipes used in the manufacturing of pre-insulated pipes are manufactured longitudinally welded (ERW) or spirally welded (SAW) in accordance with the norms required by the standard TS EN 253 or customer demands. Pipes comprise three basic materials. Carrier pipes are established as steel, copper or plastic based according to the properties of the carried fluids. Casing pipes are manufactured from high density polyethylene (HDPE) raw material, with UV resistance, 100% waterproof and with online corona. PUR ( POLYURETHANE INSULATION MATERIAL) that is injected between the carrier pipe and casing pipe provides heat insulation besides enabling two pipes operating as one pipe by bonding them together.

EMA fabricated tee strainers can be furnished with single or double wedge basket designs to meet open area requirements for all your straining needs. EMA fabricated y strainers are available with numerous types of cover options. From bolted, slip-hinged, knob, swing-away, quick opening, or davit swing arm assembly allowing for ease in maintenance. Fabricated y strainers can be fitted with special tapings for vents, drains, or differential pressure gauges in flanged, threaded, socket weld, or butt-weld connections. EMA fabricated y strainers can be constructed in a wide variety of materials: Carbon Steel, 304/304L Stainless Steel, 316/316L Stainless Steel, Alloy 20, Hastelloy C276, Chrome-Moly, or even Copper Nickel to name a few.

EMA basket strainers are being used where the line can be shut down for short periods to clean or change the baskets. EMA standard fabricated pipeline strainers meet customers’ expectations and the highest standards. EMA pipeline basket strainers are being used in piping applications where a greater screen area to pipe area ratio is required. By providing a greater screen area than a Y-strainer, you are optimizing the total open area and minimizing potential pressure loss through the basket. EMA strainers are used to protect pipelines, valves, and spray nozzles from water flow problems. They reduce the necessity for frequent cleaning and provides a cost and time saving benefit with less downtime.
