The validator is mounted on a handrail in the passenger compartment of the bus; it is equipped with a 4.5inch color display, contactless card reader and wireless Internet connection. A system of passive cooling and electric heating was implemented for quick start in frosty weather. We made a deep redesign of the validator. The new solution was implemented on the Mediatek platform with a custom display, battery and all the necessary peripherals. Embedded payment terminal with a 3.5 inch touch screen and GSMcommunication, certified according to the standards of international payment systems. We carried out a project of serial production of turnkey terminals, including the procurement of components, moulding of cases, components mounting on the board, assembly, firmware and testing of finished terminals. Prior to the launch of the project, a DFM analysis was conducted, which resulted in a redesign of the housing, increased display contrast, a new antenna on a flexible printed circuit board, and optimized BOM. Thus we increased the reliability of the device while reducing manufacturing costs. One of the main aims our developers and technologists pursued was to ensure a tight fit of the display to the body under any temperature and mechanical deformations.

Device for instant QRcode payment in the NPCS system of fast payments and display of any graphic information. Designed for use in retail outlets as an selfsufficient payment tool, as well as an addition to the existing cash register equipment. The terminal is powered by Mediatek MT6765 processor and Android 8.1 operating system. Supports WiFi, Bluetooth and LTE. The enclosure design allows for mounting in three positions. It can be positioned horizontally or vertically, and it can be mounted on the wall. The project was implemented as soon as possible finished prototypes were delivered to the customer a month after initial designing.
