With column-bom systems, framework can be welded freely as well as it can be welded circular or lengthwise with the help of invertor or positioner. It provides an opportunity to weld various diametric and long distances. Submerged, Mig, Mag, Tig welding processes can be used in the system. Column Bom systems (CBS), can be fixed on the ground or automatically walking on track. Column Bom systems enable increasing the quality, reducing the time of production and operator exhaustion, to sensibility and increasing the amount of weld an operator can constantly weld. In the Bom motion, with linear sleds and telescopic bom sensitive inner welds of cylindrical framework can be made.

It’s designed upon you weld cylindrical, conical and rectangle shaped bended frameworks and in shape of flat slab metal sheet and plaque linearly. Frameworks that are between 200-3000 mm diameters can be welded on different types of machines easily. Its production can be made from the length of 0.5 meter to 4 meters. Upon customer demand the length can be increased. As to application method, TIG, MIG and submerged welds can be adapted. Materials’ like boiler, thermosiphon, solar power boilers, cooling tanks, natural gas funnels, lpg tubes etc., height welds are made on this machine.

The 2Kwelding CBS series of column & Boom Manipulators are specially designed and produced for harsh and rugged area circumstances. Column-Boom Systems are manufactured to ensure ergonomics during weld jointing processes, reaching to hard to access areas while welding large pieces and to perform welding with minimal error.. Column-Boom systems approach to the most suitable area on the piece for performing the required welding process under control of the operatör and welding operation is performed with the command sent to the automatic unit on the boom While Column-Boom systems can perform welding independently for any part, it may also perform circular or lengthwise welding using rotator or positioner. Welding types that can be performed by the system are SUBMERGED, MIG, MAG, TIG. Also, Column-Boom systems can be fixed or with automatic travel on rail.

To establish a problem-free hardening lathe, careful preparation for a hardened stage in gear production is essential. Hard operations in gears are easier to undertake at this level.

Length Welding Machine is designed for length welding of cylindrical, conical and rectangular bent parts and flat plate sheet metal and plates. Parts between 100-3000 mm diameter can be welded on different machine types. The length welding machine, which offers the ability to make welds internally and externally, is produced from 1 meter to 4 meters long. In some special cases, the length may increase even more. Currently, workpieces with a minimum wall thickness of 0.60 mm can be welded. In submerged arc applications, the wall thickness is up to 20-25 mm. Boilers, water heaters, solar energy boilers, cooling tanks, natural gas chimneys, LPG tubes etc. Length welds of materials are made on this machine. Submerged arc, gas metal, tig etc. Welding systems work synchronously with our machine.
