Proval A210 Series innovative, compact design pneumatic rack and pinion rotary actuators including all critical components are manufactured in-house using dedicated state-of-the-art CNC machines following ISO quality assurance standards. Proval pneumatic actuators that can be set either to fail-open or fail-close, comes in 18 different sizes in both double and single acting types. This Series of actuators having torque figures in ranges 9 to 9767 Nm are well suited to operate part-turn valves such as plug ,ball and butterfly valves.

Pneumatic actuators are the directional valves that direct the compressed air and send the air to the receivers. Depending on the type of actuator, the motion can be rotary or linear. One of the ways used to control butterfly valves is pneumatic actuators. Working pressure is in the range of 2 ~ 8 bar (29 ~ 116 PSI).

Exhaust gas bypass systems are made as additional equipment in exhaust gas heat exchangers. 3-way flap is required for bypass systems. By-passing the gas flow makes it possible to adjust temperature inside boiler (exhaust gas heat exchanger).
