KY-S Busbar with its 10A – 16A tap-off plugs and 32A tap-off boxes are being manufactured on fully automated machines that uses the most recent technology in accordance with ISO 9001 and its quality assurance system certification. Products have been designed in accordance with IEC 61439-6 and fully tested. Busbar housings are being manufactured from pre-galvanized sheet metal ,it could also be manufactured in RAL 7038 colour on request.

Length Welding Machine is designed for length welding of cylindrical, conical and rectangular bent parts and flat plate sheet metal and plates. Parts between 100-3000 mm diameter can be welded on different machine types. The length welding machine, which offers the ability to make welds internally and externally, is produced from 1 meter to 4 meters long. In some special cases, the length may increase even more. Currently, workpieces with a minimum wall thickness of 0.60 mm can be welded. In submerged arc applications, the wall thickness is up to 20-25 mm. Boilers, water heaters, solar energy boilers, cooling tanks, natural gas chimneys, LPG tubes etc. Length welds of materials are made on this machine. Submerged arc, gas metal, tig etc. Welding systems work synchronously with our machine.

The machine consists of three parts. These; uncoiler, machine, conveyor. Conveyor and uncoiler are included in the machine. Uncoiler 1000 kg. There are two types of uncoilers, with motor and without motor. The machine is produced using 4140 steel molds with 50x56 rocwell hardness. The machine consists of guillotine cutting. Automation system language options; Turkish, English and French. An optional language can be added. The number of stations is 12. However, the number of stations can be changed according to demand. It produces 20-25 meters per minute.
