The cutting, drilling, bevelling, grinding, CNC, water-jet, screen printing, digital printing and sanding operations are carried out in our factory. Several edge processing methods such as bevelling, band grinding, herringbone grinding are applied in our processing facility. The plain and figured sanding operations are opacifying operations applied on the glass surfaces with sanding method. We can carry out all kinds of operations such as glass cutting, grinding, drilling, writing and drawing shapes with our glass processing machine controlled by a computer. The water-jet cutting method is the technology which can cut all kinds of materials in the world from 0,1 mm to 170 mm such as hard or soft glasses, marbles, metals. We can provide water-jet cutting operations in our facility from 50x50 mm minimum and to 2100x1500 mm maximum.

It formulated for using including hard heavy metals water and more softer water. Produced as tablet and liquid form. No making darkening on metals and no harm on glaze layer at ceramics. It provides effective clean and does not left any stain on glass surface also make them bright.

Product comes with 500 watt Arel AC Monophase Spindle with manual and computerized control. Working area is 340x360x126(mm). The frame is made of aluminum and the device can cut pieces up to 240x360x115 (mm) with precision and without any displacement. All types of wood, plastics (ex: POM.), soft metals (ex: aluminum), hard metals (ex: iron, brass) can be processed. Product is suitable for PCB milling. Axis precision is 0.03mm. Spindle bit holder is ER-16. X and Y axis speed is 2400mm/min and Z axis is 1200mm/min. Linear movement is done by three nema 23 step motor. Step motors are controlled by TB6600 drivers with 24volt PS. Control card is MKS DLC. V2.1. Raptorex Pro requires computer connection to operate and is compatible with both open source and paid software. Product works with GRBL codes. Net weight is 39kg. Our device works silent and does not create vibrations. You may use our device on most regular tables. Product comes ready to operate, you may plug in and start operating.
