Grinding and cutting - Import export

It is a multi-purpose metal processing oil that is used by being mixed with water in cutting and grinding processes of metals. It is used as lubricator and cooler in light and heavy machining processes of metals such as soft steel and cast iron. It is used after obtaining ideal mixture by slowly adding %5 boron oil into 95% water that does not contain any bacteria, and about whose cleanness you are sure. Note: Under no circumstances should mixture be prepared by adding water into boron oil.

The cutting, drilling, bevelling, grinding, CNC, water-jet, screen printing, digital printing and sanding operations are carried out in our factory. Several edge processing methods such as bevelling, band grinding, herringbone grinding are applied in our processing facility. The plain and figured sanding operations are opacifying operations applied on the glass surfaces with sanding method. We can carry out all kinds of operations such as glass cutting, grinding, drilling, writing and drawing shapes with our glass processing machine controlled by a computer. The water-jet cutting method is the technology which can cut all kinds of materials in the world from 0,1 mm to 170 mm such as hard or soft glasses, marbles, metals. We can provide water-jet cutting operations in our facility from 50x50 mm minimum and to 2100x1500 mm maximum.

Soluble Cutting Fluid is a high-quality, chlorine-free cutting oil enriched with borates. It is engineered to excel in light to moderate machining operations, covering a wide range of tasks such as boring, milling, drilling, tapping, threading, broaching, turning, reaming, and grinding. This cutting fluid is known for forming dependable and stable white emulsions with a generous “emulsion reserve.” It showcases remarkable resistance to bacterial degradation, ensuring a longer service life. Importantly, it contains no free phenolics or nitrites. Additionally, it exhibits minimal foaming tendencies when applied in various machining applications, making it a reliable choice for precision operations.

Cutting, deburring and grinding operations, which are generally carried out with manual operations, are problematic in standardization and very risky in terms of HSSE. With robotic projects, we obtain the most precise results in a safe way.
