Bulk storage silos made of steel are the perfect solution to store the dry bulk material for a long time. The cylindrical shape and the conical bottom allow a complete discharge of the product. The flat bottom silo has a flat service which means it can gives a full support to the silo. This type of silo is used for both short-term and long-term storage of free flowing bulk materials. On the other hand hopper silos are used for the short or /medium term storage of free flowing materials. Compared to flat bottom silos, hopper silos have capacity shortcomings. Our modern steelwork fabrication shops have computer-aided design and detailing (CAD), which is linked directly to factory floor computer numerically controlled (CNC) machinery, creating a genuine seamless CAD/CAM environment. The accuracy of the computer-generated details being transmitted directly to the CNC machinery increases the quality standards of the production.

Our machine is used in bagel, roll, sandwich and hamburger breads. Machine settings can be made on PLC and digital display. These settings are saved in the recipe and do not want to be re-adjusted in product change. Machine chassis is made of 304 Cr-Ni sheet metal. It has the feature of spraying the desired amount of water, eggs, slurry and molasses on top of the products in the flat tray or molded tray. At the same time, it can sprinkle the desired amount of granular materials such as sesame, bran, kernel, rye on the products on the flat tray or molded tray. It is simple to use and clean.

Flat bottom bags can be made of Duplex and Triplex laminates. Typical busbar applications include busway systems, low and medium voltage switchgear, transformers, earthing, electrification - lines panel boards, switchboards, and feeds to heavy electrical uses in commercial and industrial buildings - such as plating cells and feeder systems. Busbars can be made from copper or aluminum, but we couldn’ t argue the reality that copper bus bars are the better electrical conductors. Also installers can use smaller busbars if they are made by copper. On the other hand copper busbars have better resistance to corrosion than the aluminum busbars.We have large production facilities for extruded and drawn flats in various production range of sizes and shapes for electrical engineering, anodes, components etc.
