With the special drum type design, it provides the opportunity to save 20-25 percent of the float compared to other dyeing machines. With the automatic adjustment nozzle system, the nozzle pressure can be controlled from the programmer.

MCK 30 Volume Oxidant Cream provides faster penetration of color pigments into hair with its strong content. Ensures long-lasting, more intense color results and superior shine to your hair. Lightens hair up to 5-7 tones when used with MCK 30 Volume Oxidant with MCK Powder Lightener in lightening processes. Mix MCK Oxidant with hair dye or MCK Powder Lightener according to hair tone and desired result until you get a creamy consistency. Apply the mixture to your hair and wait for 30 – 40 minutes. Finish by rinsing your hair.

HT Bobbin dyeing machines are equipped with high technology that enables dyeing of any type of fiber made yarn in bobbin form. It is produced in different capacities (1 bobbin to 2000 bobbins) completely from AISI 316 quality Cr-Ni material. The maximum operating temperature is 140 ºC and the working pressure is designed as 4 Bar. The machines are equipped with high safety equipment (Mechanical, Electronic, Electro-Mechanical). Fully automatic machines with PLC control system have 5 ºC / min heating, 3 ºC / min cooling capability and can do chemical and dye dosing with PLC program. Weld is native in Western Asia and the Mediterranean area it produces an excellent light yellow and wash fast yellow. It is a strong clear yellow to combine with indigo for emerald and leaf greens. The dye plant is cultivated in many countries now for yellow dyeing. Weld was used in ancient times as a dye plant for textile, painting, fresco, etc. Please use nearly between 3% to 5% WOF according to the destiny of shade you like. To mordant protein-based fiber (wool, hair, fur, and silk) please use with alum 15% WOF. For cellulose fiber pre mordant with oak gall tannin.
