Sandblasting cabin also called Shot Blasting Room; It refers to the closed sandblasting area in which sandblasting is carried out with the labor of one or more operators. Sandblasting rooms: It consists of the Cabin, the Sandblasting System, the Recycling System that allows the used sand to be reused, the Ventilation & Filtering System and the Control Panel. It is mostly preferred for sandblasting a large number of parts that do not require a large and automatic machine. Automotive, Steel Construction, Defense Industry etc. preferred in the sectors. Standard sized sandblasting chambers are shown in the table below, although they are produced by BF BLAST in all sizes according to customer needs.

In the AYB Textile project, we have expanded the area of 2200 m2 to an area of 4400 m2. During the operations carried out while expanding the production area, we carried out the production without stopping and removing the machines inside. We would like to thank AYB Textile for this cooperation.

Our project, which will share the story of Seval Cable, which has announced its success in its field, was designed to add efficiency to a small space. We took care of all the stages of our project, where we used 50 tons of steel. It was used as a Machine Platform after assembly.

In the Abalioglu Feed Factory project located in Burdur, we have performed warehouse steel processing. we used 78 tons of steel on an area of 2000 m2.

We can reach to high capacity of production with low workmanship cost, and can be very competitive in our sector because of the projects that we have prepared in order to take place among the World’s leading filter manufacturers, automation support, and modern machine park.

We processed 1000 tons of steel for our project, which will cover an area of ​​16.800m². We prepared the parts of our work, in which each stage was developed in detail and meticulously, for assembly, and transferred them from Turkey to Northern Iraq without any problems.

In our project, which we carried out with Doğrar Metal, one of the prominent names in the sector, we followed the path by prioritizing high efficiency in an area of ​​750m². In our study, we obtained a whole by using bolts in European Standards. Our project has become ready for use in order to expand the working and storage area of ​​the company.

There are 66 thousand bolt entries in our project, which is 40 meters high, where we manufacture 700 tons of steel and where we create each piece unique from the other. Our work, which we are happy to process parts of a whole, was used as a Solid Waste Facility after assembly.
