We maintain our quality perspective by performing physical & chemical tests in our own in house laboratories and R&D center, from raw material to finished products, using EC (Eddy Current), leak proof test, zinc spray coating on welding point and internal deburring processes. Your special cut to length requirements can be done in our computer controlled CNC and multi saw lines.

We provide welding services professionally as well as tested procedures of welding certifications and total turnkey production solutions. The selected applications in tool and gear production are determined by the part, manufacturing time periods, and eventually their dimensions. we provide mig welding, tig welding, arc welding, Gear manufacturing is generally done in soft step procedures, where exact dimensional tolerances are likely to be difficult to achieve. To establish a problem-free hardening lathe, careful preparation for a hardened stage in gear production is essential. Hard operations in gears are easier to undertake at this level.
