The SLIM 82 T system, which has a frame depth of 82 mm, is one of the thinnest systems designed for doors and windows with large openings, where the visible width of the frame and sash is kept to a minimum. In addition to its narrow frame and wing combination feature, it offers ideal solutions for renovation projects and new buildings with its steel-looking lines. The system, which can be used with all opening mechanisms with Eurogrove channels, is suitable for all openings required for windows and doors, such as inward or outward opening, double opening, and transom window. The system allows the use of glass up to 67 mm wide with profiles with wall thicknesses between 2.0 mm and 6.6 mm. In the system with a case depth of 82 mm, the wing depth is 92 mm.

Thanks to its mineral-based structure, EGEPOR is an A1 class non-combustible heat insulation material that provides fire safety. With 0.05 W/mK thermal conductivity value, EGEPOR is a durable insulation system used in old and new buildings with superior insulation performance. EGEPOR adds value to any building, old or new, being durable, non-combustible, light, and providing heat insulation and energy conservation. Thanks to its raw material that is not externally dependent and which does not damage the environment, it is preferred for sustainable buildings.

The module is part of the automation cabinet at the subway station. The main challenge we faced in the production of this module was to ensure maximum reliability and durability of the device. Prior to the production, we conducted a DFM analysis of the design and components, and, together with the customer, we revised the documentation. Transformers and radiators were designed and manufactured to order. We also applied the custom technology for applying the protective coating. All these measures, combined with the building of new component supply chains, made it possible not only to ensure quality consistency and predictability, but also to reduce the production costs.
