The inner and outer coating of the hoses shall be produced in an integrated manner by means of 'Extrusion Through the View' method using a mixture of thermoplastic polyurethane. The wall thickness shall be homogeneous and 1-1.5 mm Inner and outer coating shall be resistant to the aging effects of weather and seasonal changes.

Fire Hose Reel Cabinets are manufactured as surfaced or recessed wall mounted, glass lids, or sheet metal lid with fire extinguisher compartment. House reel mounted inside the cabinet which door opens 180º. The reel can easily be removed from the cabinet to facilitate the installation. All cabinets are painted untouched by human hands as requested RAL color at our open painting ovens.
