These special filters are used by factories at CNC departments, parts washing units where temperature, humidity is high and the air must be filtered and clean. Here there are so many different expectations from customer side, usually they are produced according customer request in size and filter material.

Air filters with activated carbon are classified under 3 topics according their filtration sensitivity. They are as follows; Active Carbon absorbed Foam Cassette Filters (pleated or without pleating), Cylindrical Activated Carbon Filters and Activated Carbon Kompakt Filters. Active Carbon absorbed Foam Cassette Filters are used without pleating, but in places where more filtration surface is required pleated version is preferred and used in Standard and special sizes upon request. According system necessity cylindrical filters with activated carbon are produced and used in different places. Compact Filter with activated carbon achieve a high surface area in little space and therefore a long lifetime under economical operating conditions. .

Isolation tapes are available in different material like open molecule polyethylen, polyurethane, closed molecule rubber, EVA, PVC and semiopen molecule rubber single and double side sticking tapes. They are used by airconditioning units and climate rooms to guarantee air tightness

Although the operation principal of these cylindrical filters are similiar, they have a bright product variety. The cylindrical filters are produced from material with synthetic nonwoven and cellulose content which has resistance against heat and humidity. Material like Glass fiber and paper with polyster are used by the production of these filters where they are used in several production process machinery as blower and suction filters.

Temperature/Oven/Furnace Filters are used in industry like drying units, Paint cabins where high temperature and airflow and capacity is required. Generally two class and grades are used Class EU4 (200°C) and Class EU5 (300°C) and avarage efficiency is 43%.

Filter holding frames are made of Ltype steel bars welded together to the rectangular frame shape and consisting of zinc coated carbon steel resp. stainless steel. With adjustable tension springs the frames are perfectly suited for installation of all commercially available pocket filters, compact filters or for filter combination systems. The header frames of the filters are going to be formclosed fixed inside to our holding frame at 4 edges by help of 4 tension springs. With 2 detents and 2 spring centre points the filters inside the holding frame can be safely bend, at height of 25 mm and 50 mm ( 1 and 2 inch ). From the filter holding frames a complete filter wall can be easily & fast established by simple screwing together. On request stainless steel versions are available.

Paint calibration cloth and bags are usually used in different cloth and nonwoven as filters according different “MESH” sizes in various forms according customer requirments

They are produced from Needlefelt (temp. resistance 80100ºC) or glassfiber material (temp. resistance 350600ºC) or ceramic cloth material (temp. resistance 8001000ºC) and used in coal mines and power units in different sizes.
