The hydronic separator is a device that makes the primary and secondary circuits connected to it independently and can be used on hot or chilled water systems. The separator is supplied with an air-vent and check valve assembly to permit the automatic discharge of the air in the circuits, and a drain valve for removing any İmpurities deposited in the bottom of the unit. Multi-Color Hank Dyeing It is a machine that dyes the yarn in multicolored hank form. The dyeing unit is the section where the skeins lined up on the moving teflon band are dyed with special adjustable nozzles. The hanks dyed in the fixing tunnel are pre-fixed with direct or indirect heating. The hanks coming out of the fixing tunnel are washed with the help of a pump with the jet system for softening / washing and subjected to pre-spinning. There is a separate dye tank for each color in the machine.
