The oven is specially designed for the transfer process that works with the sublimation principle to give wood, marble or special effects to the outer surface of aluminum profiles and sheets. The pattern on a polyester film is transferred to the outer surface of the previously base powder coated aluminum profiles or sheets using vacuum application and heat. Wood effect transfer system consists of a trolley with special vacuum heads, a vacuum pump system, sublimation oven with circulation system and fully PLC control system.

One box of ABGM® mat contains 10 of a 30sheet sheet, 300 sheets in total. It catches particles with its sticky feature and neutralizes microorganisms with its effective disinfectant, significantly reducing the risk of contamination. ABGM® mats are produced as very thin film sheets in gray color[2] as 30 sheets of 45.50 x 112 cm sheets, thanks to superior production technology. The top sheet that gets dirty during use is peeled off by holding the “Numbered Corner Label”. Thus, the new sheet at the bottom is completely clean and has the same disinfectant and adhesive strength. Also, in clean entrances[3], approximately 12 leaves are peeled per day.
