Acoustic Wood Baffle Ceiling is a large format, vertically oriented panels used as decorative ceiling panels or to cover spaces of all sizes. Acoustic wood baffle ceiling panels are hung independently of the structure using a slotted c-profile or T-bar grid. Optional notched supports allow wood baffle panels to be applied to both walls and ceilings. Wooden Baffles are available in solid wood or a wide variety of wood veneers laminated to composite MDF or Particleboard Core. Wooden Baffle Ceiling Panels are considered acoustically reflective, but Microperforated veneer versions are available for improved sound insulation.

With 6060-6063-6061-6005-6005A-6101-6082-6463-1050-1070-1350 alloys, profiles are produced with chemical and mechanical properties in accordance with customer requests. In addition, our customers are informed about the selection of the right alloy and condition according to the customer's usage area. In our facility, automotive, electrical-electronics, rail systems, truck chassis, industrial profiles, construction, machinery, furniture, standard profiles (T profile, Pipe, Box, Rectangle, Rod, Square bar, etc.), defense industry, solar profile, etc. We respond to a wide variety of sectors such as 5 extrusion presses. In our press lines of 1300, 2000, 2500, 2700, and 3500 tons, Ø250 pipes from 75gr to 75kg, 190×190 boxes, and profiles with 410mm bar dimensions can be produced. We can produce white or colored anodized products on the surface and painted products in any code with our paint shop.

We are an entegrated aluminium profile company which produces all aluminium profiles for various industrial sectors. There are 3 extrusion presses in our current facility. In our molding room, modern machines such as wire melting and CNC milling. We have two static paint units. The capacity of these facilities is 4800 tons / year. We have modern and qualified anodizing unit. The annual capacity of our anodizing facility is 3800 tons / year. We are specialized in aluminium products. We provide extruded aluminium profiles for various sectors such as; Standard profiles (roundtube , rectangular, U profiles, T profiles, flat bars, angle profiles etc.) Furniture, Decoration, Construction, Automotive, Heating, Ventilation, Air conditioning and electric-electronic sectors.
