GMY Master Polymer In the polymer industry, we produce masterbatch at rates ranging from 20% to 60% based on customer demand. The substance that is used to produce black masterbatch, which has a structure known as paracrystalline or semi-crystalline, where carbon cannot fully crystallize, is referred to as carbon black. It is obtained in the form of soot through the incomplete combustion of various materials, ranging from heavy petroleum products to agricultural oils. Carbon black is utilized in several industries. For instance, food manufacturers use carbon black (E152) extracted from agricultural sources as a coloring additive. Its excellent conductivity properties make it suitable for use in the electrical industry. The car wheel industry relies heavily on carbon black for its reinforcing effect on rubber.

E-LINE Binrak Channels Series are manufactured as Pre galvanized in a Standard heavy service type according to TSE and ISO 10143 standards, hot dipped according to TS EN ISO 1461 standard in 3mr Stainless steel lengths (304, 304L, 316, 316L) as standard. It is designed to hold the support systems in facilities and buildings as well as mechanical, electrical and industrial products.Provides immediate and easy assembly with the rapid traverse nut connection. Due to its modular design structure, it allows connection from any point and reduces the margin of error.

Tunnel type ovens are convection ovens which allows to electrostatic powder coated work pieces to be cured usually around at 180-200°C in 10 minutes, are used in the powder coating systems. Curing oven length is calculated according to the conveyor speed in order to achieve polymerization and curing of the work piece quantities per shift. The powder coating ovens are designed by us according to the shape, quantity and weight of the product to be cured. These ovens are conveyorised, product inlet and outlets are opened designed accordint to the biggest work piece sizes. Oven can be designed as a tunnel, U, S or W-shaped according to the biggestt work piece and the work shop sizes. Electricity, liquid or gas fuel is used for heating up the ovens.

Cleans, oils, preserves, solves residues and adhesives and loosens extremely difficult stains. It dissolves the jammed parts due to rust. It penetrates deeply into rusty surfaces and helps to loosen. Penetrates easily. It spreads and adheres very well to surfaces. Protects the surface against external factors by penetrating even into the narrowest and most congested places. It repels water and moisture. It is used as excellent water repellent in automotive and shipbuilding industries, electrical contacts, motors where water and moisture are not desired. Protects against corrosion. Provides silent operation for a long time by eliminating squeaking noises.
