Acoustic Laminated Glass (ALC) is a type of laminate material and is often used to reduce noise. ALC is produced by placing one or more PVB (polyvinyl butyral) layers between two or more glass sheets. These layers ensure that the glass sheets adhere tightly to each other and also increase the acoustic properties of the material. Acoustic Laminated Glass is a structural material used to reduce noise pollution. It is frequently used in exterior facades of buildings, window panes, doors and partition walls. Thanks to the acoustic properties of ALC, it reduces the sound level in the environment by blocking noise, thus creating a quieter environment.

UV curable glass print is characterized by a high, but not total resistance to mechanical damage. In order to ensure print durability, we offer laminated glass printed on the inside of the laminate; this technology enables us to print directly on glass and PVB. Maximum printing size is 2500x3050 mm. up to 5 cm. thickness. Glass prints produced and protected in this way are resistant to damage and atmospheric conditions, including UV radiation.

Heat soak testing is a destructive test. Tempered Glass is put into a heat Soak Oven and brought to and held at a temperature of 555 degrees Farenheit for two hours. Most glass containing Nickel Sulphide will shatter during this process and thus be eliminated from the glass project
