Manual All controls are made by the operator via the control button. Each crane is controlled by an operator. Semiautomatic H Busbars are an automatic transport system from the unloading area to the loading area. The system is suitable for automatic operation. Transitions between stations are made by operator control. Waiting and immersion times are automatic in the boilers. Automatic operation when necessary, but in case of failure, intervention with external operators, transitions between boilers are made by the operator. Fully Automatic The whole process is controlled from the skada screen. There is no need for an operator at the beginning of the cranes. All boiler chemical controls are made automatically from the skada screen. Transitions between stations are made automatically to unloading stations. It has the possibility of easy maintenance and intervention with remote access. Lifting drive is with chain gear system and it is supported by rollers on the guide rail

Multiple gantry cranes / Portiques

Monorail hoists are produced for the purpose of carrying and loading materials on a smooth or curved line. They are produced as fixed if requested. Monorail hoisting groups are produced between 250 kg - 10 tons as standard but, we also produce monorail hoists over 10 tons upon customer request.

• Suitable for lifting and transporting of heavy tonnage loads safely. Maximum height can be easily provided with the hoisting unit on the girder. • They are produced between 250 kg - 35 tons as standard but, we also produce over 35 tons upon customer request.

Jib cranes are designed to be used in connecting materials to mass production looms, in system assemblies, in production bands, in areas where height and space is limited. The rotational movement of 360 ° rotating jib cranes, can be provided by motor or manually. Rope hoist or chain hoist can be preferred in hoisting units of these cranes. Jib cranes can be mounted on wall columns or ground according to its structure and operating conditions. Jib cranes are being manufactured as standard between 250 kg - 10 tons.

Gantry cranes are mostly designed for outdoor use. It can be preferred as single girder or double girder according to working conditions. Industrial factories, shipyards, ports, dams, iron and steel, marble and logistics sectors are the areas of use for gantry cranes. Since the gantry cranes are generally operated outdoors, the mechanical and electrical parts that work are protected from weather conditions. Our gantry crane production is between 2-200 tons.

Double girder overhead cranes have versatile application areas. It is the ideal solution for high hoisting capacities and heavy working conditions. Due to their robust construction and compact design, they are more economical compared to other cranes. We have production in 1 - 100 tons range.

Single Girder Overhead Travelling Cranes have low cost compared to other cranes. It is preferred where the working conditions are difficult and the bridge distance is shorter. We have been producing between 500 kg - 16 tons as standard.
