Economizer is a product which provides fuel saving and boiler efficiency in boilers, steam boilers, hot water boilers and hot oil boilers by using the heat of the flue gases in order to increase the temperature of the feed water (and fluids) in the system. The payback amortization of economizers varies depending on such factors as the capacity of the system, efficiency of the boiler, and its application areas. The pay-back period of an efficient economizer varies between 3 – 18 months.

Engines for combined heat and power plants are operated with different fuels, including hydrogen, natural gas, biogas, sewage gas and special gases, plus diesel and other liquid fuels. In an exhaust gas heat exchanger, the hot exhaust gas from the CHP engines or CHP gas turbines is cooled, in the process heating water, a water-glycol mixture or thermal oil. This thermal energy can be used in a local or district heating system or for other industrial purposes.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION MAKS 1300 is an aqueous blend of the neutralizing amines. PRINCIPAL USES MAKS 1300 is a neutralizing corrosion inhibitor designed for use in steam and complex condensate systems. MAKS 1300 can be used at steam pressures up to 160 bars and temperatures up to 4790C. REMARK: MAKS 1300 is in compliance with FDA regulations pertaining to boiler water additives. Maximum dosage in plants subject to FDA regulation does not to exceed 45 ppm in the steam. MAKS 1300 must not be used where the steam produced will contact milk or milk products. The ViraClean is a high-efficiency in-line dirt trap, suitable for use on heating and chilled systems. Corrosion is a process that is difficult, if not impossible, to stop once it has begun. Corroded metal becomes dislodged and becomes water-borne debris. This debris, along with other contaminants in the system, clogs heat exchanger channels, fouls filters, and causes excessive wear in circulating pumps. Effective removal of debris is essential for increasing the operational life of the system as a whole.

Thanks to large contact surface of water with smoke pipes, high operational safety and longer boiler life are guaranteed. The small water volume provides a better inside circulation and safe heat transfer with faster steam generation time. Increased strength and flexibility with corrugated furnace that is manufacturing by Eralp in 900°C degrees. In 3-pass Shell boiler design, the heat load of furnace is less than 1,2 MW/m. The result of this design is an ideal combustion with less NOx emissions, thus it causes lower fuel consumption. Further gains in efficiency can be obtained by using economizer for feeding water by preheating and air-heater for combustion air heating. The energy of flue gas can be recovered and the efficiency of boiler system is increased 5-8%. According to pressure of boiler, efficency increase up to %91. Eralp manufactured the highest efficent boiler (totally efficiency=%98,4) with two economisers which efficency tested and approved by Notify Body.
