Tekno Touch acoustic sponge are sound insulation sponges used in acoustic sound insulation and arrangement works with flock coating on the surface. Flock can be made from natural or synthetic materials; such as cotton, rayon, nylon and polyester. After liquid glue is applied on the flocked material, it is sprayed with a flocking machine, then the acoustic sponges are dried and then dried in an oven to achieve the specified humidity.

Rebonded spongepan is a sound insulation sponge used in environments where there is high sound, that is, noise. It is formed by breaking down and recombining waste sound insulation sponges. Fireproofness, acoustic value and sound deadening rate can be adjusted according to the sponges used inside. In sound insulation applications, it is preferred as an impact and vibration dampener on the floor and as a sound deadener on walls and ceilings thanks to its high density. Thickness: Can be produced between 10mm and 10cm. - Size: 100 x 100cm and 100 x 200cm - Density: 80 DNS to 200 DNS - Non-flammable: None, high-quality production is available upon request. - Option: Can be made with self-adhesive and barrier. - Application: Adhesion (Can be applied with Liquid Solid Adhesive or spray adhesive.)
