GENERAL DESCRIPTION MAKS 473 is a non-oxidizing and non-ionic antimicrobial formulation. PRINCIPAL USES MAKS 473 is a biocontrol agent for use in membranes and pre-treatment plants. It has a broad spectrum of activity and application on a routine basis preventing the growth of biofilms on membrane surfaces, filter media and pipe-work. MAKS 473 may be used as a storage preservative for certain types of membranes. GENERAL DESCRIPTION MAKS 4080 is a combination of heterocyclic compounds formulated in an aqueous solution. PRINCIPAL USES MAKS 4080 is a broad spectrum, non-oxidizing micro microorganism control agent for industrial open re-circulating, cooling systems, air washers, brewery pasteurizers and closed systems. It is designed to provide excellent control of microbiological growth, algea and associated deposits. MAKS 4080 is particularly well suited for use in systems with high levels of process contamination, as in the fertilizer, refinery, and chemical, industries.
