The cutting, drilling, bevelling, grinding, CNC, water-jet, screen printing, digital printing and sanding operations are carried out in our factory. Several edge processing methods such as bevelling, band grinding, herringbone grinding are applied in our processing facility. The plain and figured sanding operations are opacifying operations applied on the glass surfaces with sanding method. We can carry out all kinds of operations such as glass cutting, grinding, drilling, writing and drawing shapes with our glass processing machine controlled by a computer. The water-jet cutting method is the technology which can cut all kinds of materials in the world from 0,1 mm to 170 mm such as hard or soft glasses, marbles, metals. We can provide water-jet cutting operations in our facility from 50x50 mm minimum and to 2100x1500 mm maximum.

The sisecam Coloured Float Glasses are the coloured versions of the Şişecam Float Glasses. They offer alternatives for the designers and consumers to create aesthetic and elegant rooms with their different colour alternatives. When they are preferred for the outside of the buildings, they restrict the sunlights from the outside, control the extreme brightness of the sunlights and create comfortable living and working environment. They enable you to save from cooling costs by decreasing the energy consumption for cooling the rooms where air-conditioners are used. Insulation glass units, laminated glasses, tempered glasses, partially tempered glasses, enamelled painted glasses, curved glasses, coated glasses and mirrors can be produced by applying secondary operations on the Şişecam Coloured Float Glasses. The sisecam Ultra Clear Float Glasses are low-iron float glasses of the Şişecam. They have high light transmittance and clarity. Thanks to their transparency, the objects on the other side of the glasses show their real colours and brighnesses. They provide unique looks and performances for the store windows, exhibition units of the museums, atriums of the buildings, stair rails, glass doors, furniture as a dividing walls, mirrors, shower cabins and glass elevators with their clarity providing the feeling of the absence of the glass. When you look at their edges, you can see that the greeny colour of the float glasses is removed.
