The humble onion is found in every kitchen, but its curative powers make it an important medicinal plant too. Like garlic, it is a member of the lily family. There can be no doubting the power of the juices contained in onions; anyone who has ever sliced one and shed a tear is only too aware that they hold something special. Quite apart from its medicinal properties the onion is simply delicious. It forms the basis of so many dishes – whether raw, sauteed, baked ,steamed or boiled, that it would be difficult to imagine the cuisine of any country without it. Thus , we take the mission from A to Z : we choose high-quality seeds with great care, as well as we select the best types of fertilizers to nourish and grow the crops in a healthy shape. Our farms are located in one of the most fertile and richest lands in Turkey. They are generally sunny and have all the high natural ingredients that help the integrated growth of onions.

We have been accustomed in MA FRUITS CONSULTANTS for years to receive the finest bananas from different farms in Latin -American , and selling them to various markets spread in the East and West under the international quality standards to meet the requirements of our customers. Our volume is regularly weekly around the year. We work on both SPOT and CONTRACT basics. Last year (2019), we received almost 1 million boxes of Ecuadorian, Colombian, Mexican, Honduran, Costa Rican, Guatemalan and Nicaraguan bananas. Despite the pandemic that affected the world at the beginning of 2020, we kept the process of receiving bananas in Mersin from all our sources to meet the needs of all our customers. Therefore, we were the largest receivers of bananas in Mersin for many weeks. In order to protect the reputation of the brands we work with, we formed an additional quality control unit at Mersin with experienced staff to control any damages that may come from the country of origin.
